Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Bloom Training Centre and Cafe in Phnom Penh is Bloom Asia's inaugural centre. Students complete their VET-accredited Hospitality training on-site, and are then employed in the social enterprise cafe and cake business. Opened in 2009, Bloom Cakes has set a new standard in Phnom Penh and our amazing creations are highly sought after all over the city. In 2018, Bloom expanded to open up an express store in the heart of Phnom Penh’s business district, reaching a whole new customer base and creating more employment opportunities for our busy and talented young women.
“An unexpected urban oasis in which your eyes and taste buds can feast on world class, magically-decorated cupcakes, cakes and cookies... [while] enjoying and affirming the artistry and the vocational training skills of a new generation of Cambodian women.”
